Telkom Poor Service

Telkom has the worst customer service ever! The turn around time from their creditors department is ridiculous! Only the call centre can escalate the matter but even then it falls on deaf ears. After 10 working days, no creditors consultant has attended to my request as confirmed by the consultant.
