TELKOM POOR SERVICE
Can someone please tell me how do you contact Telkom telephonically, please do not reply and say 10210, or please try calling that number yourself first, you hold on for 30 min then get cut off, once you make your application with Telkom you doomed.I GOT A MESSAGE TO SAY THEY WILL BE THERE AT 7:30, MADE ARRANGEMENTS TOOK OFF SO THAT THERE IS NO ISSUES AND THEY STILL NOT HERE, ARE YOURL EVER GONNA INSTALL MY LINE, ITS MORE THAN A MONTH NOW, AND PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR 10210 CALL CENTRE, PATHETIC TIME TO ANSWER RATIOS, IF YOU GOT HIGH CALLS I DONT BLAME YOU AS WELL BASED ON THE POOR SERVICE YOU DELIVER.
