Telkom poor service

Telkom calls you when you in need of a product, but when that product is giving you problems they are nowhere to be found. I logged a fault with Telkom about a week ago and they closed the case without no feedback what so ever! I'm sitting with a 10MB DSL product that is not functioning as it should and I'm paying for nothing basically. Extremely disappointed! My issue ref no is : ***7. That's if Telkom cares at all.
