TELKOM POOR SERVICE

It's been months without Telkom sim cards because they suspended my contracts, NO ONE HAS CALLED BACK TO UPDATE ME.I received an invoice from Telkom saying I owe them R12000 plus for service not used.I am very disappointed with the way Telkom is treating its customers. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TELKOM TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
