Telkom poor service

We try do cancel prime video on our Telkom wifi account for the last 2 months . We talk to about 40 different people on Telkom call center. The only way to cancel prime video is to do it online through your account profile. I have register on Telkom but can not link my account to my profile. For the past 2 month I always get the same message"an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later" Nobody on Telkom call service can I assist me with the problem and NOBODY can cancel prime video from Telkom side. I am now forced to pay for a service I am not using. Urgent assistance needed.
