Telkom poor service

I pay for 2 unlimited packages am out of the country and internet important for me n family the internet not working at all my husband using friends internet this is not ok. Okay and not 1st time i complained, i was also charged early last December when i responded no to your question ifi should have cash taken out 23or 31 as my usual debit order. YOU serve a lot ofus why is your yourservice so pathetic, if there is someone helpful will be good, last time years back vernon helped lme but hopefully this review will inflict some concern as i feel quality of telkom is awful and getting worse.
