Telkom poor service

I have a contract with telkom for more than 2 years, wifi contract, couple of months l had financial challenges l didnt pay for my contract from January 2015, 30 April 2025 l was sorted and able to pay. They debited amount of R2, 646. And since then they haven't opened my contract, l called everyday whoever consultant l speak to they will tell me your wifi will be open in 24 hours its been 2 weeks now, l call every day when l see that 24hrs has passed l am not getting help. And my worry is end of May they will debit their money while they did not provide me with thier services, l but data almost every day for kids school work and myself. I really don't know what to do now. Please assist me. I am even thinking of closing my contract due to their bad services. I am so disappointed with Telkom
