Telkom poor service

The signal is so erratic. I went from LTE full bars to edge to 3g last 4 days. Trying to get hold of an agent that actually helps is impossible. I called the agents and they are having problems with their connection too! Really!?!? There are many people in my complex having the same problem. We will probably dump Telkom and move to another service provider. It used to be a good service, but recently it's dropped, like everything else in this country.
