Telkom poor service

I have a Sim data only card which I pay R99 a month, the subscription increased to R308 without my permission or being notified about it. When I asked them why, they said I missed payment of still they didn't tell me about it so I can arrange payment. What is strange about it I get calls from debt collectors now which now affecting my credit score. Now the service has been interrupted. This is concerning really.
