TELKOM POOR SERVICE

Telkom services are bad in every department I took a data Sim only on September 2019 my Sim card was delivered when I put on the Sim card into my phone the Sim card did not have any network, I never used any data but they bill my account every month. My billing is now too much every month goes up and up. I've tried since September to cancel the contract online but no one is getting back to me when I call them they always tell me the cancelation department will get back to me this is so annoying because I can't keep reversing my money every single month. Telkom your service is very very poor in all your departments. I give you ZERO referral for anyone who would want to take a contract with your company.
