Telkom poor service

It's been almost a month that I've been waiting for a link from telkom for the prime video promotion, I'm beginning to think it's a **** because when they send me a link on the 17th March 2025, they sent me the incorrect one and they are not willing to assist me in rectifying their mistake, when you call them their phones disconnect in the middle of the conversation and they don't even have the decency and professionalism to call you back, I've been using Telkom for some years and I'm finding their service recently to be poor. I hope my problem is resolved soon.
