Telkom poor service

I would never recommend Telkom to anyone.

I am done paying for my contract and now I am being sent from pillar to post to cancel the data I am billed on. I called on Tuesday to cancel and that was never done. I just called again and was referred to the Retentions department and I was put on hold for more than 15 minutes. What is difficult to cancel the data CONTRACT?? My concern is, I'm being billed while they delaying the process..
