Unacceptable service and unfair late payment charges from Telkom I've been struggling with Telkom's network for days, and to make matters worse, I missed a payment and got hit with a R200 late fee. What's the penalty for them not delivering the service? 🤔 Zero accountability. Requesting a service credit for poor network and a review of the late fee."
