TELKOM poor service

Hi hello peter I have a contract with telkom.its the 99rand 10G data parkage and when I signed for it they did not inform me that if they don't find any money they charge you 200 more that means you will pay 300 for that month. I called them and they said that i owe them 600 I kept quiet about it. Now last month they did debit the money on the month and now they sent me invoice saying I owe them 400 when I went to their store they said I must wait for a call on that day till today there is no luck and they will be debating my money on monday. The telkom number that I'm using its *** hope you will assist. This shot company im cancelling my contract with telkom. Thanx Lisa
