Telkom poor service

<p>I have complained a while back on hello peter about the poor service of Telkom. I received a réponse from Telkom social media saying that they would attend to the slow internet connection that has been an ongoing issue for 3 months. I still haven't received a call nor a solution. No technicien has contacted me and I have lodged a complaint at least 6 times. I need to pay my bill but the service is less than satisfactory. Even lodging a complaint on hellopeter doesn't seem to make a difference......it's quite shocking. Many people I knew cancelled their contracts giving that nothing was done by Telkom. </p>
