Telkom poor service

<p>On the 3rd of November 2016 we reported to Telkom that our adsl line is not working they logged the problem and said that they will send a technician out to come and fix the problem, since then we reportedthe problem on numerous times and was told they will send someone to come and sort out the problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband had to take of twice from work as they said they wil send someone but no one pitched up. Again we were calling the last two weeks and telkom just dont worry. Until now 11th January 2017 nothing has been done</p> <p> </p> <p>They can come and remove their **** from my house and cansel my contract with them because they realy dont care about full filling their contractual obligations.</p>
