TELKOM poor service

Telkom is useless. Cheap but useless. Bought airtime and still unable to make a call with it. And it's not the first time. Ever since the beginning of the year. I've called numerous times their customer care, no help from there. I ,m thinking of going back to MTN or VODACOM at least they are able to fix problems.
