Telkom poor service

I cancelled a business service on 11 March 2019 but till today the service hasnt been cancelled despite numerous emails,paperwork, telephone calls , visiting Telkom shops etc.Every month till today I receive a Telkom bill. I give up any hope this will be resolved.Completely unacceptable !!!!!!!
