Telkom poor service

I have been on a laptop contract with telkom last year October, and this year March i missed one payment and I called telkom to debit twice in May and now since then they have been debting upnormal price for a month. On the 15th May 2019 they took 650.35 and 29 May they took 1300.30 and the 29th again they took 650.35 and on the 5th of June they took 650.35 my contract with them is to debit 540 not the bills that I'm getting now. I just received an invoice of 1100.and their consultant are rude!!! I just spoke to a consultant by the name of lebogang. Telkom Eastgate mall.
