Telkom poor service

On the 1st of June i went into telkom mobile store in Cavendish to port 2 mobile numbers to telkom i had taken out 2 free me contracts 1 for me and 1 for my wife i had also paid R900 in advance for this service . The guy at the telkom store was friendly and helpful he told me it takes 24 to 48 hrs for the porting to happen . My wifes number was ported a few days later unfortunately my number wasnt .Its now the 11th 10 days later since the first i have been to telkom mobile 4 times twice to cavendish twice to kenilworth centre i phoned the telkom call centre + 10 times and still my number hasnt been ported .Im giving it till Thursday if nothing happens by then im cancelling my contracts
