Telkom Poor Service

8th December 2018 till 20th May 2019, I have been waiting for Fibre Connection and to be told that My Order was cancelled ! What ? Who cancelled this ? Now I get told that what was said on initial in stallion is different, Is this a **** ? Now the existing line DSL is down since Sunday 19th May today is the 21st May and get told a different story as to why I have no connection. Really ?
