Telkom poor service!!!

Im extremely upset with the service received from Telkom. I cancelled my line just to find out there was another portion that needed to be cancelled which no one made me aware of. therefore Telkom was still billing me and handed me over to lawyers. I then called to dispute it and cancel the other line which doesn't make sense as this was a month to month and not a contract. now I received another bill, called Telkom again and they still never cancelled the line!! then finally got a instant cancellation which the lady couldn't even tell me how much its going to cost me. this it total madness.. im just getting billed for something im not using. apparently they carrying on with the dispute and hope to get some feedback without more bills. Telkom you need to work on your service its not good and to get me handed over is crazy!!!
