Telkom poor service

After hours of phone calls i still get no satifaction from Telkom. Someone changed something on my account half a month ago and regardless of the amount of people ive spoken to they always redirect me so i bounce between the diffrent departments and when i ask whoever im speaking to if they checked all 3 of their systems they say yes which is clearly not the case. Ive a logged a call but they want to send a tech to tue exchange the problem is something with the account info that has been changed i am tired of calling in i will expect a call from Telkom today or im not going to pay
