Telkom poor service

Absolutely disgusted with their terrible service. Was referred to a manager but to no avail. Already paying 2 months for a data package which can't be used. No etiquette from Call Centre Agents. Technicians can't assist properly and still waiting for feedback from their manager. DO not commerce with them!
