Telkom poor service!!!!!

We are trying to sim swap a pre-paid number from Cell C to Telkom mobile, and this has been taking 6 weeks now. Every time they have a different excuse why it is taking so long. Now we cannot use the number as the number that was needed to be sim swaped is blocked and we can not use this number. This is a number that is used for business and no one can get hold of the person as the number does not work. We have been to the Telkom store in Kollonade and after a huge fight they said we should phone the call center, after we stood in the store I phoned the call center and they said we should go to a store. We had the store check and the status was that they are still processing it. I gave it a week and went to Menlyn Telkom and their I spoke to Lanie. She said she will sort it out, this was almost 2 weeks ago. On Monday when I phoned she said we should give her till Tuesday, Well today is Wednesday and I phoned her and she said she will phone me back. No call back, no working number, NOTHING!!! This is a disgrace!
