Telkom poor service!

What a joke? have 2 accounts with Telkom why? one is a business account? dont have a business? went in for upgrade to istore for both on Saturday. One phone issued immed the other account could not be accessed. go to telkom store say i must be credit vetted? no one can tell me why? no one can tell me how far it is? going overseas tomorrow with no phone!! hold on for telkom 3 times at at least 17 min each! only to be cut off by the person answering.... ver frustrating.
