Telkom poor service

So my landline has been dead for over a week i didnt bother complaining as my acc was comming to high anyway. So now my wifi is not working for the past 3 days and guess wat? No 1 has come out to assist us. I promise u we called the call centre about 8 times and da response we got was dat its in testing....like how does telkom do stuff that. Can u ever test something for over 2 days....then da next time we called they told us no technician was assigned to us. Like we know dat....dat is why we are calling so that we can get 1 here. Then we called again and dey told us that there is a queue and we need to b patient. So in other words is 3 days not enough patience for telkom....i am so ****ed off bcoz dey take der payments very fast but to deliver a service they take there own time. There so many unemployed ppl in south africa maybe if the eployed more ppl dey would not run out of technicians. This is dissapointing bcoz u wud expect more from a big company but they suck.
