Telkom poor service

I signed a wifi contract with Telkom of R149 per month. We have agreed on the date to deduct their money but they have been deducting money on their own date. Today they out of the blue deducted R298.01. Nobody bothered to call and explain or sensitize me on this. Over and above that the 15 gigs that i signed for either offline or get finished within few days without me using it that much. I havd a 5 gig for vodacom so this Telkom serves as a backup. J only use it once in a while cos carrying a ****le sometimes can be risky it may get lost. So I normally use vodacom data. Telkom are ******. They are robbing people. I am yet to meet a person who is happt with their service!
