TELKOM POOR SERVICE

I'm standing at Telkom to get help with my debit order, but there is almost no one in the shop. It's the busiest time of day and there's a lot of people being me but there is only two people behind the counter taking their time. There's 9 counters and only two people, that's not good service at all. When you have a business you should make sure that your staff is at work and not having lunch time the whole day. Poor poor poor service I would not direct anyone to Telkom.
