Telkom Poor service

I have app**** for adsl R599.00 Package from Telkom on 10 January , Its over a month and still no package , Sad part is you can only get through to Telkom at 8.00 in the morning other then that you made to wait with no response , An even if you get through you give different excuses and Reference numbers , and no product ,

Telkom is gone really sloppy with service , while trying to understand why im not receiving my order,I had worst experience with call center agent (Nomthandzo Ngena) who refused to transfer me to her manager , insisting she can help , but was not helpful at all as I still dont have my order ,yet i paying for a service
