Telkom poor service

I'm utterly dissatisfied with the service from telkom, my wifi hasn't been working since the 31st of January 2020 and no attempt has been made to rectify the problem, there was many calls made to telkom customer care and no joy with even many consultants being rude, they just full us with empty promises, I've asked to speak to a team leader or manager but was not successful, it's really disappointing to know that a paying customer can be treated as if they dont exist just because telkom doesn't mind losing a customer or two, its affecting my life as I'm now working from home and I've been buying data every single day
