Telkom poor service

TELKOM EVENT BILLING USAGE Hi I did not subscribe to any service linked to Telkom, yet I've been billed extra to my Telkom account linked to 081......7 under Event Billing Usage, I called telkom and after 20 minute wait was helped by an agent who said she could see the billing on my account but didnt know what it was for for the event billing charges to be reversed and she said I should hold, the next voice was an automated service to rate Telkoms service or lack thereof and when I rated Telkom a 0 zero the phone went dead?
