Telkom poor service

Good Day All

Worst service from telkom ever. Do not get yourself a contract with Telkom. The rude and give you the worst service. I pay over Two Thousand on contracts with them and asked for a simple request in changing payment methods to cash. They kept me on the line for over 45minutes and still havent resolved my problem. A Team leader names Tshepo has told me that he would get me someone he reports to named Jabulo to speak to me. After waiting comes back and tells me i must read my contract. I will post now, and will continue to post until they sort my billing matter out.
