Telkom poor service

Telkom didnt debit my account correctly they cut my contact on the 31st of November, I paid a large sum of money for a contract and my contract is still on hold, I have spend more than a thousand on my prepaid when I a contract that has minutes. I called the customer care line but all where empty promises
