Telkom poor service

Absolutely poor service at telkom scottburgh mall.i was looking to take out a contract for my daughter.the lady at the counter was very unhelpful and rude.you should train your staff on professionalism. I have gotten much better service at MTN.i most definitely will not consider telkom again in due time.
