Telkom Poor Service

I took a contract with Telkom Greenacres P.E. And I was told that I have 90 days screen repair should my screen break. My screen broke within the 90 days. I went to the Telkom store then they told me I must contact Huawei. Then I contacted Huawei. They told me I was suppose to register for the screen repair within 14 days and that was not communicated with me. I called Telkom back and Thank from Telkom said there is nothing He can do. For me that is poor Customer service
