Telkom poor service.

I am very disappointed. My sim is again on emergency calls only. I phoned telkom customer care and both agents I spoke to told me different stories. My problem is still not being solved. And nobody can tell me why one sim have network coverage and the other one not. Im relying. on this sim for the data
