TELKOM POOR RECONNECTING, POOR CALL CENTRE SERVICE!!!

This is what I attempted to log on Telkom's portal but couldn't because an error message popped up reading Unfortunately this service is unavailable" SERIOUSLY!! My internet was disconnected on 27/10/2021. I made a payment of R1800 at PnP on 28/10/2021. I called on the 29th & ur consultant confirmed that the payment reflected and that the internet should have automatically been reconnected but it did not. On the 30th I called your billing dept again as I still had no internet & again I was told that the payment reflected & that on both your systems it showed that the internet was re-activated. I then called faults & spent 40 minutes on the line with the agent trying to reconfigure the router only then to be told 30 minutes into the call that on 1 of your systems it showed that the internet was still suspended and was referred to call billing again which I did but they were closed. Sunday 31/10/2021 & Monday 01/11/2021 u were not operating because of the weekend and the public holiday on Monday. On 02/11/2021 I spoke to Wendolene Govender who eventually figured out the real problem. On Vumatel's system the account status had to be removed from “abused” to active. She logged the fault with them (ref # ISP-586634) & said that that it will take up a few hours for the status to be changed and to be reconnected but it took me another + 15 calls between 2/11 to 03/11 to have the internet resolved. The internet was only reconnect on Thursday 04/11/2021. Exactly 7 days it took even when the payment had already reflecting with the 48 hours after payment. I even had to travel to Tygervalley branch on 03/11/2021 for assistance but I had no joy. I had 7 days of no internet due to Vumatel not lifting the status and therefore I am request not to be billed for those 7 days. I logged a dispute yesterday (***0) but received the outcome today that the credit will not be passed. What did the agent write in the dispute?? Because I explained the above-mentioned occurrences and was told by one of the numerous calls I made that I could log the dispute for no internet services. Why must I pay for no service?????
