Telkom poor poor service and internet supply

i honestly think telkom doesnt even deserve a one star, been struggling with my adsl line for over 8 months now, been logging faults on almost a daily bases, then someone comes out and just tels me tht the line will be fixed in a few hours -mnever to happen. still sitting with a bad line, the internet is supposed to be a 4 meg line, im getting a inng of 2000 and upload .58 and upload of 0.13, will never use their internet again. poor bad service, i am now giving up and cancelling my line with them. done with telkom internet.
