Telkom Poor Phone assistance

I Have called Telkom a Number of times regarding a refund that we have to get for our company. I was riveted to going in store the ladies instore assisted me but asked me I was sent instore cause it is supposed to be handled over the phone. They took the company number and said I will be called within an hour. The agent called me the next day and then I asked me y I needed to be called so I explained that we need a refund on our business account. She then Transferred me to business on the call they ask you are you calling from a different number or Telkom line I choose different then after that the line cut. Mind you we are no longer using Telkom, and we are unable to get through to customer service because we are using other means like internet connection. I did not receive a call back from them after the line cut nor has someone checked if I was assisted and happy with the services.
