Telkom poor data connectivity roaming issues.

Telkom smart data service is extremely poor, while you are busy connected to the internet, the network switches your connectivity to Roaming and then you go offline, you have to reset your phone and search for the Telkom Network again for you to have data connectivity again. The call center staff just keep you hanging when you enquire and then drop the call on you. Telkom service is so poor and I am thinking of changing my service provider. This issue of data roaming is irritating and extremely annoying. Telkom get your act together or we will move to other service providers, thinking that we wanted to support a local brand but the brand is letting its customers down.
