TELKOM poor customer service

I have been trying to cancel my wifi contract for over a year ,I cannot get ahold of them on the phone ,I cant cancel online ,they never call me back ,I have been paying for a wifi service that I have stopped using for more than a year ,wost customer service ever ,I regret taking out telkom ...and I'm sure they wont give me back my money for not using the service ...and I'm sure they will make me pay before they cancel my services
