Telkom poor customer service.

My sister in Australia purchased me Tekom airtime using World Remit. The airtime did not reflect on my Telkom account. When I tried to call telkom customer care to report the problem, I was not able to speak to a human. When I googled telkom customer care email address, I got no plausible address. When I downloaded the telkom app, it did not work.
