Telkom Poor Customer Service

Telkom service really sucks. They so quick to sell us their deals but fail to call us back when we raise issues with them. I asked these guys to change my debit change and they never did and I ended up being over debited. I asked them to check and sort it out and they told me they were going to check and get back to me and til this day no one has called.
