Telkom - Poor customer service by Nomsa Gwala

Have been in contact with Nomsa Gwala from telkom call centre with regard to my query/she has not helped me in anyway forward,quite rude an keeps cutting my call.explaination given by her as to y im doubled charged 2 months in a row does not make sense,unsatisfied customer
