Telkom Poor Customer service and *********** staff

After numerous phone calls (+-40 minute duration each) I still did not get the requires service. <br> <br> I was informed last week that the agent will phone me back because she could not get my address on the system. She still did not phone me back. Note, they could locate my next door neighbors address, but not mine.This agent wanted me to get my neighbors telephone number so that she could locate my address. <br> I am yet again on the line just to be put on hold by the agent and transferred to the business department. I then was transferred to another department started the process all over. (duration of 36 min in counting)<br> <br> The best part is I got a screenshot of my address and the GPS co-ordinations from the Telkom website.<br> Telkom is one of the biggest service provider with poor customer service and *********** staff!!!
