Telkom poor customer service

I read through the previous complaints about telkom and not 1 response from them... Any way I'm adding my few cents. So I gave them a call this morning with regards to incorrect billing, I spoke to a Nthabiseng and I requested that I speak to a manager and was told that my details and grievance would be passed on and that I would be notified as to when a manager would contact me, I still didn't receive anything and I'm still waiting, Telkom your customer service sucks big time, I wouldn't recommend you to anyone.
