TELKOM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst possible service.

Just suspended my line after they debited my account and they are now telling me that I have to wait 7 days for my line to be reinstated. Spoke to a call centre agent by the Name of Nomasavi Tshabalala advising me that she cannot escalate the matter and there’s not she can do to help me.this is all AFTER MY MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT VIA DEBIT ORDER.
