TELKOM POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like to give Telkom a zero star rating, for I have been complaining about our internet problem for weeks, I pay my account in full every month, but when complaining about a problem on their online fault service, they reset the internet from there side, next morning you get a sms that claims the fault has been restored, I wish Telkom will stop sending that sms, because it is a lie. I have sent numerous emails to all departments, with no one caring to even try to assist. But Telkom will not even give 1c discount on this problem, as a customer I am paying for a service that does not care about their customers. POOR SERVICE FROM TELKOM, HOW SAD!!!!!!!!!
