Telkom Poor Customer Service

Im struggling to just get hold of a Customer Service agent. All options lead to self help service whereby there is no option to assist me. I have a contract for so many years and i have apparently reached my limit by the 15th already. Can somebody contact me urgently as i need to get this resolved asap
